Getting Here

Driving

To reach our church from  Victoria, Esquimalt or the Western Communities:

Heading north on the Pat Bay Highway take the Royal Oak Drive exit, turn left onto Royal Oak Drive at the signal and continue one kilometre to the third signal. Turn right onto West Saanich Road and drive for 5.5 km (3.4 miles). Our church is on your right, opposite the Red Barn Market. Onsite parking available. (The main church entrance is on the east side of the church.) Welcome.

To reach our church from the Swartz Bay ferry terminal, North Saanich or Sidney:

Heading south on the Pat Bay Highway (towards Victoria). The first traffic light south of Sidney is at McTavish Road. Turn right and drive along McTavish for 3.4 km (2.1 miles) to a tee intersection at West Saanich Road. Turn left onto West Saanich Road, then drive a total of 11.9 kilometres (7.5 miles), passing through the village of Brentwood Bay. Our church is on your left, opposite the Red Barn Market. Onsite parking available. (The main church entrance is located on the east side of the church.) Welcome.

Ridesharing

Do you want to attend Sunday morning services or Jazz Vespers but can’t get there?  Check here to locate a ride-share volunteer who passes through your area. The volunteers have provided contact information and their travel routes.

If you have questions please email LocationTaskForce@victoriaunitarian.ca

Buses

The #83 bus stops close to the church – our closest stop is West Saanich at Matterhorn. Unfortunately, the #83 has restricted service on weekends and doesn’t arrive in time for our regular Sunday service. You can see the daily bus schedule at the BC Transit website. Why not let BC Transit know your needs for bus transportation? In the meantime, please phone the office at 250-744-2665 by Thursday morning if you need a ride to church, or consider cycling if that’s an option for you.

Bicycling

The church is accessible by a pleasant car-free bike trail: the Interurban Rail Trail runs parallel to West Saanich Road, directly past the church.
