When we picture freedom, we often think about freedom from things that hem us in that are external forces.
For many of us, however, what stifles our sense of freedom the most is our inner critic, the ways we limit ourselves. How can we feel more free to be wholly and truly ourselves in spite of pressures to conform and fit in?
