As we begin our month long exploration of learning from ancestors, we start by honouring those who have gone before us.
Many traditions and cultures the world over honour this time of year as a “thin place” a moment when the distance between the living and those departed is closest.
How do we think about our ancestors? How do we repair the connections to those who have died that we feel some mixed or even negative feelings about?
We’ll explore and then be invited to experience a shrine created by Jen Rashleigh and our Family Program.
