Bio: Guy Dauncey works to develop a positive vision of a beautiful sustainable future, and to translate that vision into action. He lives on Vancouver Island and is the co-founder of the West Coast Climate Action Network, the BC Sustainable Energy Association, the Victoria Car Share Cooperative; and the charity Prevent Cancer Now. He is the author or co-author of eleven books, including Cancer: 101 Solutions to a Preventable EpidemicThe Climate Challenge: 101 Solutions to Global Warming; and Journey to the Future – A Better World is Possible. He is currently completing his next book, titled The Economics of Kindness: Moving from a Selfish Economy to a Cooperative Economy, which will be published this summer.
