The Covid pandemic has brought grief and loss to the surface for all of us, both collectively and personally.
One of the most powerful things I listened to over the summer was an interview with Pauline Boss that explored ambiguous loss and complex grief.
How do we grieve when we feel more than a clear-cut sense of sadness? How do we grieve in a culture that tries to avoid it? How do we not try to move past or beyond our grief, but rather find a way to live with it accompanying us through the rest of our lives?
