Our Identities and Our Transitions

Faye Mogensen, Director of Spiritual Exploration for Children and Youth, and Rev. Melora Lynngood  This year’s annual transition service will honour a full range of life’s transitions, with an eye to how thoseFaye in purple transitions shape our identities, and how being a part of this community shapes our identity as Unitarian Universalists. We will begin with a baby dedication ceremony, witness our youth bridge to adulthood, honour 25-year and 50-year members, and end with the candle lighting ceremony with which we honour the various transitions we are each facing in our own lives.

This is an intergenerational service – children and youth are welcome to stay for the entire service. Childminding will be available in the Sunflower Room for our youngest and/or our most restless youngsters. Donate
