“To find true happiness, you must first have a broken heart.” These are words from the anthem for this service, “To a Dancing Star,” by Robert Espindola. Being vulnerable is challenging, but it’s also how we connect as human beings. How do we truly honour our pain for the world, give it space to breathe, and also recognize that heartbreak brings gifts? Join Reilly for this meditation on how we are able to grow elder, not just older, by allowing ourselves to be open and vulnerable with each other.
