Now that our Canadian Unitarian community has adopted the 8th principle, which commits us to “dismantling racism and systemic barriers to full
inclusion,” what does that mean? What choices will we make as a result? In order for all to be fully included we will have to be open to change. How do we include all people who carry marginalized identities? What gets in the way? When you think about welcoming people of every conceivable background and identity, what challenges do you foresee? How open are you to making space?
